How to Use This Site

To order a product, you must first select a product item from one of the product categories. (e.g. Awards Medals, Charms and Keychains, Medallions, Pins, etc.) Once selected, you will need to configure all the options associated with that product item. Each option available will be displayed to you one at a time. After completing the process of configuring all options, a product item confirmation page will be displayed to you. Please review and edit it if necessary. When the item is configured to your liking, place it into your shopping cart. You can continue to shop for other items or you can proceed to the checkout area. When you are finished shopping, click the proceed to checkout button located on the Shopping Cart page, then you will need to select a secure or non-secure server, and fill out the billing and shipping information on the On-line Order Form. Following that, you will have one last chance to review both your billing and shipping info as well as the items in the shopping cart. When you click on the submit button from the Final Confirmation page, your order will be submitted to Bale. You will then receive a order confirmation number from this site, and a letter of confirmation will be sent to you.

If you are a part of a non-profit organization, you will need to both fill in your correct tax-exemption number on On-line Order Form and you will need to fax a copy of your tax exemption certificate to Bale. If you are interested in paying for your Bale products with a Purchase Order, you will also need to fax us a copy of the Purchase Order document.
